Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return requests can be made through your account on our website or by contacting us via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags must be intact
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted
Return Process:
- Once your return request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Exchange / Store Credit:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit equal to the product value
- Store credit is valid for 21 days from the date of issue
- Store credit can be used on purchases of equal or higher value
- If the new order value exceeds the store credit, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer
Additional Information:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
